# Platform Revenue

Hotbit's revenue comes from the fees generated in various processes,  including:

* LP minting/burning fee
* Swap fee
* Position fee
* Borrow fee

## **Fee Distribution**

The protocol revenue will be distributed as follows:

* Liquidity Providers: 60%\
  50% of all fees will be compounded to the pool directly and 10% will be the bonus for LP Stakers. [Liquidity](/hotbit/hotbit-intro/liquidity.md#lp-rewards)
* LPBASE: 5%\
  5% of all fees will be given to the service provider - LPBASE. 
* Referral-Liquidity: 5%\
  5% of all fees will be given to the referrer of the liquidity provider. [Referral Program](/hotbit/hotbit-intro/referral-program.md#referrer-of-liquidity-providers)
* Referrer-Trading: 15%\
  15% of fees will be given to the referrer of the traders on the integrator. [Referral Program](/hotbit/hotbit-intro/referral-program.md#referrer-of-traders)
* Hotbit: 15%\
  15% of fees will be used to buy back the platform token (after TGE) & add liquidity, or distributed to holders of the platform token.
