# Stake/Unstake

 To stake or unstake your assets, follow these steps:

* **To stake:**\
  — Go to the **Stake** page.\
  — Choose the pool you want to stake in and click ‘**Details**’.\
  — Click ‘Stake’ and select the amount you want to stake.
* — Click ‘Authorize’ and confirm the authorization.
* — Then click ‘Stake’ again to confirm the stake.

* **To unstake:**\
  — Click ‘**Unstake**’ on the Staking page.\
  — Select the amount you want to unstake.\
  — Complete the unstake transaction by confirming it.
